  1. Working for a state residential psychiatric hospital for behavior problem teenagers, we are extremely concerned that new admissions are being started again beginning April 2. We increase safeguards and then continue to allow potential risks into our locked down population. This seems extremely reckless. With shelter in place, we are bringing more teens in to lock them into close proximity with others.
